Chillingo To Bring Anomaly: Warzone Earth To iOS Within Two Weeks

Anomaly: Warzone Earth has been available on Steam for several months for both Mac and Windows. It has also been released on the Mac App Store. For months iOS gamers have been anticipating the release of this game. The wait shouldn't be much longer, Touch Arcade reports. It will be coming to the App Store within approximately two weeks.
The game has been anticipated by iOS gamers for quite some time due to the amazing graphics and unique take on the standard tower defense formula. Instead of defending a base or structures, players will be sending troops to overcome enemy structures and bases. This is why we dubbed it a "tower offense game."
The other interesting aspect to the gameplay is the unique blend of air and ground troops you will have at your disposal. The game actually plays a lot like a real-time strategy title. According to Touch Arcade, the touch controls have been implemented very well. "We’ve gone hands-on with the touch-focused iPad iteration of the same game a couple of times since and have always come away impressed with how the port was being handled from a technical perspective."
The title comes from development studio 11 Bit Studios and will be published by Chillingo. Look for it to hit the iDevices soon.
