Pocket God Reaches Update Number 40, Battle Of The Gods

Updates, updates, updates. We see them pop up all the time. In fact, as I write this I have four available, and Pocket God is one of them. I don't really keep track of the numerous updates (though AppAdvice does), but I’m guessing Pocket God probably has more than any other app, clocking in at number 40 with an episode called, Battle of the Gods. Originally released in January 2009, Pocket God has been downloaded millions of times and has gone through many changes and additions. This is just another one.
From Pocket God's Blog: "Now, on God Island, you can enter the battle arena. All you have to do is earn at least four god idols and set them on the four pedestals to open the temple. Drop a pygmy into the temple to enter the game."
The update also gives players the option to buy the Mafia in-app downloadable pack for $0.99 “which offers players the ability to change the volcano into the New York skyline, replace the statue on Sand Island with a Pygmy wearing cement shoes, turn the moon into a pizza pie, and more!” I'm going to get that update started and play for a long time. You should too!
