Bounce And Roll Around To Topple Over All The Dominoes In Snail Domino
Snail Domino ($0.99) by Autometric Applications is a puzzle platformer with a bit of a pachinko streak. Help this snail knock over all the dominoes so that he can finally be happy.
The goal of the game is to knock all of the dominoes down in each level. The first 10 or so levels were cake for me, almost too easy, but they definitely became pretty challenging.
You must fling the little snail (slingshot style) into the dominoes and onto the platforms below. He will bounce lightly off of the walls and other barriers, and roll around before coming to a complete stop. Just hope he takes out all of the dominoes in the process. The dominoes do fall over rather easily, though, as they are very thin.
If you don't need much momentum, you can just drag and drop your snail somewhere instead — like you're playing a pachinko game.
Luckily, you have these little white blobs that you can place anywhere you want in the level. Just tap a blob and drag it where you want it to go. You can use these blobs to bounce off of and into so that they, too, can help you knock over dominoes. There are different blob types: some roll, some actually blow air to move the snail along, and some act as a trampoline.
There are a total of three worlds for the snail to conquer. Each world has about 20 levels and there are more to come in future updates.
Snail Domino is available in the App Store for both the iPhone ($0.99) and the iPad (HD, $1.99).
However, there are also lite versions of both that you can try out for free. This game is very challenging, has beautiful music and graphics, and is sure to keep you occupied as you try to beat each level.
