Outwit Cats And Snag The Cheese In The Epic Game Of Spy Mouse
SPY mouse ($0.99) by Electronic Arts is an action adventure game in which a mouse is trying to escape a room. He just wants to snag some cheese, but doing so while going completely undetected by the cats in the room can prove to be a bit difficult.
A mouse going through mazes — very original, right? Luckily, the way out of these "mazes" is clear; unluckily, there are also cats. Lots of cats. And these cats want to eat you. Steer clear of these fur balls if you want to get out alive!
To control the mouse, drag your finger in the path you wish for him to take. This will trace a dotted line on your screen that the mouse will follow until the end. You can use a continuous path for more points, or give him shorter, choppier directions.
If you're a clever enough mouse, you can distract the cats or get them to run, unknowingly, into walls. Along with the many gizmos and gadgets in the rooms, this will buy you some extra cheese-grabbing time.
There are three ribbons in each level that you can collect as awards: one for not being spotted at all by any of the cats, one for completing the level using one continuous path, and another for completing the level within the given time limit (each level's time limit is different).
With six different worlds to explore and over 70 levels to overcome, this game will challenge even the wittiest of mice. I do wish there was Game Center integration, though. However, there are in-game achievements as well as an in-app purchase you can make to help you if you get stuck.
