Sponsored Promotion: AppAdvice Readers Can Unlock Push In AppZapp
September 1, 2011
AppAdvice sponsor, AppZapp has extended their coupon code for free push messages to all AppAdvice readers. You may remember our sponsor, who aims to keep you on top of the endless feed that is the App Store.
With over 450,000 apps now available in the App Store, it can be difficult to keep track of the many sales that take place nearly every moment of everyday, let alone discover new and quality apps. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, maybe it’s time you gave one of our most recent AppAdvice Daily podcast sponsor, AppZapp, a try.
We even have a special AppAdvice exclusive coupon code that will activate push notifications for free!
AppZapp is an iOS and Mac app aggregator that allows you to view updated and sorted lists of apps, all of which are intended to help you get the most out of your iDevice. AppZapp features lists for recent app activity, top performers, sales, free, and new apps, and each list can be modified to suit your specific needs.
Each list displays an app’s category, version number, star rating, device compatibility, and price without ever requiring you to dig any deeper. Tapping on an app will allow you to view even more information, such as what the latest update changed or added, a description, screenshots, and recent price history.
But what really sets AppZapp apart from similar apps is its community and web syncing. Signing up for a free AppZapp account either through the app or dedicated website will allow you to like apps, discuss them with the community, add them to your wishlist, etc., and the changes will be reflected no matter where you access it from next.
AppZapp comes in two forms: free and paid with push notifications. Both versions contain ads (which can be disabled via in-app purchase), so the only real difference is that the free version requires you to unlock push notifications via in-app purchase. Of course, you don’t absolutely have to unlock push notifications, but AppZapp is wholly more useful with them, and that’s where we come in.
AppAdvice has teamed up with the fine folks over at AppZapp to offer you the opportunity to unlock push notifications in the app for free.
All you have to do is download AppZapp, tap on the Settings icon, tap Coupon Code near the middle of the page, and then just enter “appadvice” into the empty field. After doing so, you’ll be able to add as many apps as you wish to your PriceAlert, UpdateAlert, and SellerAlert lists, and receive push notifications whenever a change takes place.
This offer is good until next week, so feel free to tell your friends and family!
