Pire The Worm Needs Your Help In Surwormer Lite
Surwormer Lite (Free) by Gokalp Dogan tells the story of a worm just trying to catch a break by getting an apple.
This game applies the slingshot mechanics of Angry Birds to a lowly worm named Pire. He has to climb a tree in order to claim the coveted apple. However, contrary to what Angry Birds has taught us, you'll pull Pire forward to launch him. He’ll sling forward and bounce off the interior tree walls as he reaches the exit.
Stretching Pire to his limits results in maximum bounciness. However, you’ll earn more points with less bounces. Bronze, silver, and gold trophies are awarded, based on your score.
Another reason to play it safe with your bounces is that dangerous obstacles get introduced gradually with each level.
The loading screen between levels will introduce the new danger for the next level. Nails, thorns, honey, and spiders are some of the obstacles to avoid. Although I do recommend getting caught by the spider at least once to see the cinematic that follows.
The lite version of this game is limited to 20 levels out of the over 100 offered in the paid version. After completing all of the lite levels, I'm not sure if you’ll want to move on to more of the same thing. While this game is basically Angry Birds in a different package, it still lacks the complexity of determining different solutions to get the job done.
Overall, this is a fun game to play, but I would definitely recommend trying the lite version first. You won’t be bothered by any advertisements, which is always a good thing.
