Apple: iCloud Now Fully Operational

It now appears that Apple’s problems yesterday and early today concerning iCloud have been corrected. According to the company’s own iCloud System Status page, all problems at this hour have been resolved. As such, iCloud is fully operational.
While many may have been concerned iCloud’s initial problems were reminiscent of those which faced MobileMe customers a few years ago, that doesn’t appear to be the case. Instead, the likely culprit was simply the large number of customers attempting to register and use the service for the first time.
So if you haven't signed up for iCloud through iOS 5, now is a great time to do so as the water seems just about right.
