How-To: Activate AirPlay Using An iPhone 4S Or iPad 2

October 16, 2011
Attention: iOS gamers, photographers, and videographers. I bet it would be helpful if you could wirelessly share what you are displaying on your iPad 2 or iPhone 4S, don't you? Well, if you have either of the above mentioned devices running iOS 5 and an Apple TV, you're in luck. I know, you're thinking "But how?" It is a relatively simple process. Once you've set up your Apple TV and iOS 5 device just double tap the home button, swipe from left to right, then tap the AirPlay icon and swipe "mirroring" to on. If both your Apple TV and iPad 2/iPhone 4S are connected to the same Wi-Fi network you should be seeing your device's screen on your TV. That's it! You are all set up and ready to share those games, photos, videos, or a Web page with everyone around.
