Howdy (Free) by Dutch Giraffe Communications is a free greeting card creator for the iPhone. It offers many templates and designs, along with allowing you to customize and personalize with your own images, video, and text.
The app design is gorgeous, as are the many greeting card templates you have access to. The colors and graphics are beautiful and you're sure to find something perfect to send to your loved ones.
There's a card for every occasion: birthdays, love, holidays, get well, and even party invites! Each occasion has six templates to choose from.
The best thing about this app, is that you can add photos or video to some of the cards if you so choose. So, not only can you personalize the greetings with text, you can add your own media. There are even a few cards that allow you to create a comic strip with your own photos and captions.
You can't add your own media to every card, but there are a lot to which you can. There will be a tiny camera or video camera in the corner of the card template if it allows either.
There isn't a giant library of templates, but there is plenty for you to find something appropriate for whatever the event. It's easy, quick, and you can email the cards right from the app.
