Siri Comes With Limitations For International Users

Let's face it, iPhone launch days can be tough. That is just a simple yet true statement. I mean you're waiting in line for hours, smelling the less than fresh humans around you, and overall morning crankiness. Well image if you did all of that for the iPhone 4S and you came to find out that one of the few reasons given to upgrade, didn't work!
That is a reality our friends outside of the United States had to face this morning. If today, after you got your shiny new iPhone 4S, you attempted to use Siri in a maps or business location, you would have been quite disappointed. Some of you may have seen it coming with Siri's beta tag, if you didn't it was stated before launch on Apple's Siri FAQ:
Maps and local search support will be available in additional countries in 2012.So there you have it! In cold, robotic, text form. You'll have to wait until 2012 for Siri to become available in non-U.S. markets. Let's just hope we don't see the iPhone 5 in June, for your sake. (Source: MacStories)
