Bamboo Apps has just released an update to their already popular ringtone creation app, Ringtonium. In addition to an iOS 5 redesign for the Retina display, the app has a sharp new look, in-app content management and support for SoundCloud. If you like to create your own ringtones, Ringtonium will help. Begin by selecting a song from your music collection, or record your own track. Then, you will have options to edit, add effects and export. If you need a little assistance on your ringtone creation, the app now includes help videos. Due to Apple’s restrictions, you still have to connect with iTunes in order to move your new creation into your ringtones. However, this new redesign will allow you to manage your ringtones, such as listening and deleting without leaving the app. Once you have your ringtone created, you can upload and share it through SoundCloud, email, Facebook and Twitter. With the sharing capabilities, you are sure to find something you love. If you would like to learn more about the basics of Rintonium, we posted a review earlier this year. Also, if you are not sure how SoundCloud works, check out our most recent article on the release for the iPad. We are giving away a copy of this awesome, updated app. All you need to do is tell us what ringtone you would like to create by leaving a comment below. The winner will be notified via email after the contest closes on November 6, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. CST. Bamboo Apps is also giving away a $15 iTunes gift card for those who upload their ringtone creation to SoundCloud and then leave a link on their Facebook page. You can check out all the details on their website. If you want to give Ringtonium a try, you can download the free lite version. This will give you an opportunity to try it out, but will not give you all the features of the pro version. For $0.99, the pro version of Ringtonium is a steal. Besides, this app is less expensive than a single ringtone in the iTunes Store! We look forward to your responses below.
