Domino's Pizza Hero App Is Mouth-Watering Fun

Looking for a cool app today? Look no further than the free Domino’s Pizza Hero app for iPad. Created by Domino’s Pizza, LLC, the app is one part game, another part virtual menu. During game play, your first goal is to Master the Dough.” Win or lose, you’ll receive interesting “manager reviews.” For example, one manager felt my pizza making was “slow going,” while another saw “room for improvement.” The second step is Sauce Superiority, followed by Cheese Wisely, Terrific Toppings, and One Pizza Pressure. From there, you can play a number of mini games including Bubble Pop Bonanza and Pizza Cut Crunch. Finally, to become a pizza making expert you’ll have to tackle your final test, The Rush. Hungry for real pizza? Select Make An Order from the app’s main screen. Here you stretch the dough, spread the sauce, sprinkle the cheese, and add you favorite own toppings. Don't worry. If you make a mistake here, a real pizza expert will make sure everything is right with your actual order. Once the virtual pizza looks as you’d expect, it goes into the oven and is ready for pickup or delivery. In real life, this step takes you to the official Domino’s website where you can add additional items to your order and then checkout. Naturally, Domino’s Pizza Hero is largely a marketing tool and all about convincing you to order an actual pizza. But, the included “game” is a nice addition. Still, the app isn’t perfect. For one, you can only use it to order a medium-sized pizza. For another, no extras for you! For example, you can’t use the app to order cheesy bread or a chicken product. Currently, these must be ordered once the app sends you to the Domino’s Pizza site.
