Martha Stewart Offers Up 20 Free Holiday Cocktail Recipes Through iPad App

One of the better cocktail and spirits apps available for the iPad this week received its first update. Martha Stewart Cocktails is now spruced up for the holidays and is offering free drink recipes to entertain your guests during the coming weeks.
Created by Callaway Digital Arts, Inc., the app is a follow-up to the popular Martha Stewart Cookies app. Here instead of Chocolate-Coconut Macaroon Cups and Children’s Hand Cookies, we can enjoy Warm Cider and Rum Punch and Frozen Margaritas.
The Version 1.5 update includes 20 free holiday recipes, from eggnog to warming ciders and sparklers and punches. The app also includes free holiday bar snack recipes such as Goat-Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms and Polenta Squares with Prosciutto. Both of these recipe additions are available for free as an in-app download, but only for a limited time.
Other new features include
First launched in May, Martha Stewart Cocktails comes with three recipe packs including Martha’s Classics, Cutting Edge Cocktails, and alcohol-free Mocktails. In addition, two additional packs are available for $.99 each, Summer Coolers and Regional Favorites. Each pack comes with its own set of snack recipes. The $2.99 Martha Stewart Cocktails is available now in the App Store.
