Verizon Criticizes AT&T In New iPhone 4S Commercial

Verizon recently launched an iPhone 4S commercial, its first perhaps. However, rather that advertising the new handset’s many features, America’s No. 1 carrier uses the airtime to do what it does best: bash AT&T.

Personally, I’ve grown tired of all this Verizon vs. AT&T promotion, especially when the smartphone being advertised is essentially the same. Although, I also recognize that this fact means carriers must distinguish themselves from others using unexciting points such as signal strength. Yet, I still find the ads underwhelming. After all, show me one area of the country where AT&T’s signal strength is poor, and someone can do the same with Verizon.
Of course, like the folks in this video, perhaps I’m all wet with this opinion. What do you think? Leave your comments below.
