AppAdvice has teamed up with BitLizard in order to offer you a chance to win one of five promo codes for CarXpenses ($1.99) for iPhone and iPod touch.
CarXpenses is a powerful finance app that helps you keep track of all of the expenses related to your vehicle.
When adding a vehicle to CarXpenses you're able to define its make and model, year, license plate, insurance and policy number, and add additional notes. You can also attach a picture to the listing for quick discovery in case you have multiple vehicles. Once complete, it's time to start tracking your mileage and expenses.
Every time you fill up your tank you're able to add an entry that keeps track of how many gallons you put in, the cost per gallon, the total cost, and miles put on since your last fill up. Your miles per gallon will then automatically be calculated and displayed in list form. The same process is used for vehicle expenses as well, allowing you to see a running total of how much you have put into your vehicle.
All of this information can be displayed in graph form as well by tapping on the "Statistics" tab. You can further refine your results by adding different filters. The app also includes the ability to create reminders for tasks such as oil changes, tire changes, and other services as well as the ability to backup all of your data via iTunes File Sharing for safe keeping.
