Last month, Amazon released the Kindle Fire. The tablet device has received a lot of complaints since then from some very unhappy customers.
In the video below, Jeff Bezos (as far as you know) appears on Conan O’Brien and addresses the top complaints about the Kindle Fire. He also offers up some excellent explanations. In fact, his final solution is perfect.
