Finger Slayer is one of the most thrilling reaction time games designed for the iPhone and iPod touch. Now players can test their reaction times with the third installment of the Finger Slayer series. They have added all new gameplay, as well as costumes, backgrounds, and much more.
For those who aren’t familiar with the series, the objective of the original games was to hold your finger in a guillotine circle and wait for the "three, two, one and go" count. At that point it was the player’s job to let go before the virtual guillotine sliced your finger off.
I must warn you though; the game is a little bit graphic with the usage of blood. Nonetheless this makes for very exciting game play that does indeed test the player's reaction time.
In the latest part of the Finger Slayer series, the developers have decided to dip into the holidays and integrate them right into their game. This particular game has two major holidays already built into it. Originally it was just Halloween, but as of December 2, they have updated it to include an entire Christmas theme. The entire Seasons app includes new gamplay as well.
Now players can control an object, such as a snowman’s head, rather than their finger. Players must also dodge multiple guillotines by quickly moving around. This is quite a challenge and is very different from what the original gameplay entailed.
Not to worry though, I can assure you that this is just as much fun, if not even more fun, than its predecessors. Several other game modes are also featured such as: classic, survival, rapid force, transform, and killer. All of the game modes are very unique and entertaining.
Finger Slayer Seasons has a built in coin system as well, it’s exactly the same as in previous versions. It allows players to upgrade backgrounds, costumes, and unlock additional game modes. With all of these features combined, the game has very high replay value.
