When I read "Game For Kittens," I mistakenly thought that it was a game about kittens. Especially since it's supported by Game Center. I wasn't expecting a game that kittens can play on my iphone. I've heard of toads playing Ant Crusher, but I haven't heard of a game designed to amuse kittens.
There are two levels to the game, but they're actually two different ways to play. One game is a little mouse that darts around the screen and squeaks whenever he's tapped. The other way to play is a laser that breaks apart and sparkles when it's tapped. The app really will keep score of how often these items are tapped, and they are submitted to Game Center. I'm ... well, I'm not sure what to think. On the one hand, all I can think of is my iPhone being turned into a personal scratching post by a kitten. I know, some people declaw their cats, but I still can't quite wrap my mind around why letting a kitten play with electronics is a good thing. You saw what happened to the toad owner. Nothing but pain occurs when you come between an animal and the app.
