Following the trend in all things adorably small, SoundMatters presented its cutest addition to the speaker family at this year’s CES, foxLO. This bite-sized high fidelity subwoofer is small enough to fit in your suitcase. This, coupled with the company’s itty-bitty speaker system, foxLV2, makes a veritable home theater system for your Barbie doll.
AppAdvice had a chance to check out the miniature, yet powerful speaker system on the exhibit floor of CES today and we’d like to point out some of our favorite features. That is, other than the fact that these audio gadgets are so dang cute. The foxLV2 is compatible with all your favorite Apple mobile devices, including the iPad and iPhone, as well as non-Apple portable devices. The compact speakers connect to your device using Bluetooth technology. The battery lasts up to 12 hours and comes with a power adapter for recharging. The foxLO connects to the foxLV2 to add clean, deep bass to the audio experience. Users can also connect foxLO to laptops and other devices using its full pass through output to connect it to an external set of speakers. The foxL line of pocket-sized speakers cost anywhere from $149 to $329, depending on your needs. They can be purchased from participating retail and online stores.
