Native Notes App To Offer Rich Text Editing Features?

New screenshots have surfaced today of the purported iOS 5.1 leaked build's Notes app.
As you can see in the screenshot above, the iPhone's native note-taking app seems to have gained a variety of new features. This includes: bulleted lists, font colors, links, and other formatting elements.
While this does seem like a great enhancement for the native app, I have always used third party note-taking software, which can do a lot more. However, enhancements to native apps are always welcome and I hope to try this out myself soon.
