Streamified Integrates Your Social Feeds Into A Beautiful Journal

Streamified is an upcoming iOS app that allows you to add several social networking streams into a beautifully designed journal.
Streamified made its debut as Web browser extension for Google Chrome; the extension reached 150,000 users in just 30 days. After the extension's overwhelming response, the developer began work on an iOS app. The app will offer all the great features of the Web browser extension and more.
Streamified is really easy to use: users add all of their favorite social streams to the app (Twitter, Facebook and more), the app splits each stream into columns and presents them in a journal. If you want to modify your feeds, for example, for the Twitter stream I only want to see my mentions, not the entire timeline, Streamified lets you do that. You can also interact with feeds by replying to people, retweeting, liking and more.
Furthermore, you can bookmark interesting stories and share posts and updates on Twitter, Facebook (fan pages included) and LinkedIn.
Streamified aims to be your solution for filtering out and focusing on your favorite social feeds.
The app is expected to be released very soon, we'll try to get a hands-on preview of it as soon as possible. In the meantime, tell us what you think, does this app sound like the perfect all-in-one social tool?
