AppFresh Daily: The Official Khan Academy App, An Awesome Alarm App And More!
iPhone:
Wave Alarm - Motion Control Alarm Clock (Free, 11.6 MB): Wave Alarm is unlike any other alarm app you have ever seen. With this app you won't have to rip through your bed, half-asleep just to turn off the alarm. With this app all you have to do is wave. Using the iPhone's front camera, the app will detect any waving motion and turn off the alarm. Furthermore the app also has real time weather information, great clock faces, and alarm sounds.
Photo Password ($0.99, 10.3 MB): Photo Password is another private media storage app but with one unique feature. As its name suggests, the app allows you to lock your media with a photo password. So how does it work? Well, you just take any photo from your camera roll, and create a finger gesture over it. For example, a picture of the iPhone lock screen, and doing a swipe gesture over "slide to unlock." The app will then remember this and only the correct gesture will unlock your media. Apart from that, the app does pretty much what every other safe app can do. Import your media, take pictures and record video from the app itself, intruder alerts and more.
Bit Timer ($0.99, 1.6 MB): Bit Timer is a no-nonsense workout timer for your iPhone. With it's minimalistic, yet productive interface you can easily set a countdown timer, the amount of reps you will complete in that time period, and how many times you want to repeat a certain setting. The app also has music alerts and interval tones.
