WeatherPro For iPad Updated For New iPad's Retina Display

To coincide with tomorrow’s launch of the new iPad, MeteroGroup has announced the release of the latest version of WeatherPro for iPad. Version 2.6 of the popular app introduces high-resolution maps with interactive weather icons and city temperature, plus other new features.
First launched in May 2010, WeatherPro for iPad now includes maps vastly improved both in their design and usability of both the global weather overview and the detailed country or regional weather information. In addition, the extra granularity enables the user to zoom in closer to get a more accurate reading of the local weather. With temperatures and weather icons available at the tap of a button, this new feature is great for an instant summary of weather around the globe.
Finally, an in-app purchase includes advanced data on each map including worldwide satellite, air pressure and forecast rain radar.
WeatherPro for iPad was Europe’s top grossing weather app on iPad in 2010 and 2011 and Apple has recently revealed that WeatherPro is in the top ten best selling iPad apps of all time in Germany and Switzerland.
