Fairway Solitaire is a unique strategic card game that has you trying to clear the entire screen of cards in order to score under par. The cards left on the board after you have exhausted the supply from your deck will be your final score for that hole.
You're able to remove cards by tapping on those that are either one number above or below the card in your hand. Try to continuously play as many cards as possible before drawing from the deck to achieve a perfect shot and earn a stack of golf bucks. Golf bucks can be used to purchase new clubs, which can take the place of cards in your hand and fill in the number gap to keep your streak going.
Since this also a golf a game, you're going to run into some sand trap, water hazard, deep rough, and wild shot cards. Each one poses a different problem, but as long as you stay focused and don't let that angry gopher that's tailing you get into your head, you should be just fine. You'll also come across some random iron cards on the green, which you can add to your golf bag for free by playing them.
Fairway Solitaire is available in the App Store for free, but only comes with a handful of holes to play. The full version of the game, which can be unlocked via in-app purchase for $.99, includes 350 hand-craft golf holes, four mini-games, 32 trophies, six card front and 24 card back styles to choose from, all kinds of new items to spend your golf bucks on, and some pretty entertaining golf announcers.
