Today's Apps Gone Free: Feed That Dragon, InFrame Cut, Makanim, And More

Keep the royal pet satisfied by directing all kinds of foods into his mouth in Miniclip's latest physics-based puzzle game, Feed That Dragon. We also have a photography app that allows you to cut your own frames, and a generative art app that allows you to create crazy colorful animations.

iPhone:

Nine Worlds ($0.99 → Free, 148.2 MB): A castle, or lane, defense game that requires you to take down the Nine Worlds of evil. Choose from a variety of unit types to build your army, and then equip them with different weapons and abilities before heading into battle. You can tap and drag your character into different lanes to stop the evil beasts from getting by, because if one does, it's game over for you. The game includes nine environments, 90 levels, and an upgrade system.

Nine Worlds is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 44 ratings.

RealBass ($0.99 → Free, 52.9 MB): Rock out to real bass sounds with this music app. Choose from four different bass guitar styles, and then start strumming away with your right hand. You can use your left hand on the fretboard to change the sound just as you would with a real bass guitar. If you unlock the movement button, you can actually play the entire fretboard by moving your body left and right.

RealBass is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4-star rating with a total of 6 ratings.

Goop ($0.99 → Free, 16.8 MB): The Eeeps just want to get home safely, but there is all of this dangerous goop everywhere! It's your job to help them avoid the dripping goop by tapping on them to cause them to tumble forward. Since they are always moving forward, you can also swipe from right to left to slow them down. The game includes four colorful environments, four different Eeeps, and achievements and leaderboards via Game Center.

Goop is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4-star rating with a total of 384 ratings.

Feed That Dragon ($0.99 → Free, 19.0 MB): A physics-based puzzle game where you must Feed That Dragon. In each level you're provided with a set of tools, which you must arrange in just the right way to get the food to the royal pet. Collect all three stars along the way to earn a perfect rating. The game includes four environments, over 100 levels, and leaderboards via Game Center.

Feed That Dragon is available for free for a limited time. It has a 3-star rating with a total of 72 ratings.

Dot Line ($0.99 → Free, 4.2 MB): Try to recreate the Dot Line pattern in this memory game. At the beginning of the game you'll be presented with a simple pattern which you must recreate by dragging your finger from dot to dot. As you progress, the patterns will become more difficult. You can utilize special items to provide you with hints, slow down time, and continue where you left off in order to achieve the highest possible score. The game also includes achievements and leaderboards via Game Center.

Dot Line is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 615 ratings.

InFrame Cut ($1.99 → Free, 4.9 MB): This photography app allows you to cut frames to create unique photo combinations. Start out by choosing from one of the four frame ratios, and then tap and drag on the arrows to cut out as many frames as you need. Add photos to frames by tapping on an open space and then choosing one from your library. You can also tap and hold on a photo to bring up the image editor to add a variety of effects. The app also includes additional frame customization options like colors and rounded corners, low and high resolution exporting, and the ability to share your creations via Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, or email.

InFrame Cut is available for free for a limited time. It has a -star rating with a total of ratings. Universal:

Makanim - Multi-touch Generative Art ($1.99 → Free, 3.2 MB): A multitouch generative art app. Just choose from one of the 48 presets, and then start dragging your fingers all over the screen to create crazy animations. Each of the presets can also be customized with different shapes, colors, patterns, and speeds. The app includes 33 colors, 25 shapes, 10 animation modes and patterns, the ability to snap a screenshot, and TV-out.

Makanim - Multi-touch Generative Art is available for free for a limited time. It has a 5-star rating with a total of 13 ratings.

Candy Rush ($0.99 → Free, 24.6 MB): An arcade game that requires you to fill colorful candy orders at Katie's Candy Shop. Candy comes streaming down a giant conveyor belt, and it's up to you to drag it into the boxes as quickly as possible to fill orders. The game includes a wide variety of candies, 60 levels, a Rush mode, and achievements and leaderboards via Game Center.

Candy Rush is available for free for a limited time. It has a 1-star rating with a total of 1 ratings. iPad:

Feed That Dragon HD ($2.99 → Free, 28.6 MB): A physics-based puzzle game where you must Feed That Dragon.
