Who, Or What, Is Volty?

I like a good mystery. Who was Jack the Ripper? What happened to the crew of the Mary Celeste? And now, who or what is Volty? We recently received an email from Dutch developer Tvndra regarding a new game, Volty. The email just contained a link to a strange, surreal and absolutely awesome teaser trailer: If you can't view the embedded video above, it can also be found here. As you can see, this trailer doesn't explain a great deal about what Volty is, but it looks very interesting. A commenter on the trailer's YouTube page tried to get a bit more information about what to expect from Volty, but once again the response was not specific. The comment does advise that the developers are "working hard to release the first 4 levels as a free introduction in the appstore, hopefully somewhere in the coming weeks." The only thing known about Volty is that it is an adventure puzzle game "with skill elements." The game's website, HelpVolty.com, sheds no further light either, apart from to confirm that whoever Volty is, he is going to need your help ...
