Spotify, the digital music service, is now available in Australia and New Zealand. Serving 10 million customers throughout the world, the Sweden-based service offers on-demand access to more than 16 million tracks on your computer, iPhone/iPod touch, and iPad.
Originally only available in Europe, Spotify jumped the pond in July when it arrived in the United States. Now the service is available Down Under as well.
According to CEO Daniel Ek, speaking of Spotify’s entry in Australia and New Zealand:
