Webby Awards Features Celebrity-Hosted Tribute To Late Apple CEO

May 22, 2012
Steve Jobs was honored last night at the 16th Annual Webby Awards. The tribute, hosted by actors John Hodgman and Justin Long (of the "I'm A Mac" commercials), culminated in a short video featuring a series of five-word thank-yous from the celebrities and famous folk who knew Jobs best. With praise from Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton to one-time wunderkind George Lucas and U2 frontman Bono, the minute-long spot concludes by describing Jobs in just one word: "amazing." So watch the video, and be sure to pay close attention to Richard Dreyfuss' slightly insane, scatterbrained lead-in. His past narration of "The Crazy Ones" has never seemed more appropriate. Enjoy!
