Each one includes an introduction, brain state details, and the ability to preview up to one minute of the session. Additional sessions vary in price and duration, but most clock in at around 30 minutes and cost around $12.99.
All of Brainwaves' more than 80 sessions were recorded at a 320 bitrate, resulting in the best possible quality of sound. Because of this, downloading additional sessions will take a short while, so just be patient. The app also includes separate user manuals for every session available in the built-in store.
