Diablo III Gets Retina Treatment For Next Generation MacBook Pro
If you plan on getting one of the new Retina display MacBook Pros and have been slaying the minions of hell (or plan to), then here’s some great news for you! Diablo III is getting the Retina treatment, and will be ready for your next generation MacBook Pro.
“You are going to see a gaming experience unlike any you’ve seen before,” Tim Cook said. “It’s the highest resolution display we’ve ever put in a notebook … this display has over five million pixels. That’s three million more than an HDTV.”
The new MacBook Pro will feature a resolution of 2880x1880 on the 15.4-inch display, which is four times more than any of the previous MacBook Pros. The laptop will sport a 2.3GHz quad-core chip, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of flash storage for $2199, available today.
