Apple has introduced Power Nap, which will be new in Mac OS X. This product automatically refreshes data, is silent, and power efficient. It works with MacBook Airs and the new MacBook Pro.
Power Nap keeps your Mac up to date while it sleeps. Oh thank heavens — it will backup while sleeping.
