Twelve South's Hoverbar Gets An Update

We told you about Twelve South's Hoverbar back in February, and while it seemed like a good idea at the time, many were worried that the then unreleased third generation iPad wouldn't fit. Unfortunately, the new iPad didn't play well with the Hoverbar. After a few months, the Hoverbar has now been updated to support both the iPad 2 and new iPad.
If you haven't heard of the Hoverbar, it's a stand for your iPad. However, it's not the simple. The Hoverbar features a 22-inch flexible arm that can (ideally) be attached to the L-shaped stand of your iMac or other Apple display. Of course, you can still attach the Hoverbar to your desk, or anywhere else that’s an inch or less thick. Once mounted, your iPad can be displayed at any angle. Maybe you can float your third generation iPad next to the new Retina display MacBook Pro and burn your eyes from all that Retina goodness. Just a thought.
Existing Hoverbar owners can purchase a clip to have the Hoverbar accommodate the new iPad for $19.99, while the whole rig will set you back $79.99. To see the Hoverbar in action, visit Twelve South.
Do you own the Hoverbar? If not, what type of stand do you use for you iPad?
