You can look for people around you and send them messages. To chat with people they must have this app installed on their devices as well.
UX Write ($14.99, 3.5 MB): UX Write is a powerful word processing application for iOS. The app allows you to create complex document structures with the outline editor. You can create a table of contents with the app to customize sections in the document. The app features several styles and formatting tools to make your documents look better. UX Write features an extended keyboard for the iPad version of the app. You can export your documents too.
