Some Of Apple's Secrets Could Soon Be Unveiled At Samsung Trial

The Apple versus Samsung trial continues in San Jose, Calif., and Samsung has won an important legal victory, according to All Things Digital.
On Thursday, Samsung wanted to reveal important Apple sales data such as quarterly analysis and buyer studies from 2011. Judge Lucy Koh has accepted this request.
Meanwhile, scheduled to take the witness stand are Apple’s Senior Vice President of Marketing Phil Schiller and Senior Vice President of iOS Software Scott Forstall.
This follows Apple’s previous request that they be awarded a “default” victory over their competitor and key supplier.
