WeatherCaster For iPad Combines Forecasting With Social

Belo Corp. has announced the release of their new app for iPad. WeatherCaster offers an enhanced weather forecast experience using 10 layers of nationwide weather data, plus enhanced forecasting features.
Available for free, WeatherCaster offers weather alerts, animated radar, and interactive maps. In addition, the app includes news, and video from Belo’s local stations.
However, before writing off WeatherCaster as “just another weather app,” consider some additional features that make it unique.
For one, the app includes unique social functionality, such as the ability for users to collect, post, and share their favorite weather photos, and videos. In addition, because WeatherCaster uses high definition graphics, the app's many screens look stunning on the new iPad.
