Borderlands Legends Launches On iOS Oct. 31
October 24, 2012
Borderlands is headed to iOS 6 in an all-new game title. Borderlands Legends, which stars the original big guns, Brick, Lilith, Mordecai, and Roland, arrives Oct. 31 on the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad, according to Entertainment Weekly.
According to the exclusive report, Borderlands Legends is driven by “randomized, objective-based missions; enemy difficulty scales alongside players’ unlimited ability to level-up; guns and gear can be purchased from mustachioed merchant Marcus; and, like its console counterparts, Legends allows lethally wounded players to score a life-reviving “second wind” with a well-placed slug.”
The game will also include the franchise’s familiar “fight for your life” mode.
Borderlands, and its sequel Borderlands 2, are available on Mac, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Microsoft Windows.
Borderlands Legends launches on the iPhone ($4.99) and iPad (6.99) in one week.
