Help Find The Missing Elephant In Pilot Brothers
Pilot Brothers (Free) by G5 Entertainment is a funny adventure game that takes place in a provincial Russian town.
In this town, the rare striped elephant, Baldakhin has gone missing from the zoo, and two detectives, also known as the Pilot Brothers must hunt down the culprit as they make their way through 15 different in game locations solving puzzles.
Your job is to help the brothers find the missing elephant by directing them through the levels, finding objects and finishing puzzles.
You can play as either brother, and to switch, you simply tap between them. This is an adventure exploration game, so you will need to carefully examine each scene to find different objects that can be used to progress through the levels.
To pick up objects, you'll tap them in the scene, which will add them to the inventory. From there, you'll have to figure out how to use them. Each brother uses items in a different way, so you need to try several different combinations when trying to solve in game puzzles.
For example, one of the first things that you need to do is break a brick wall with a pick. You have to grab the pick first, and find the brother that can use it - only one of them is strong enough to break through the wall.
At times, this mechanic can be frustrating. I didn't understand why one brother didn't understand how to ring a bell while the other did. It didn't make a lot of sense, and switching characters was a minor irritation, but it didn't ruin the game.
This game has an interesting comedic art style that sets it apart from other similar games in the App Store, and it may or may not be to your liking. This is a bit of a slow paced game, but it is fun to explore each different area.
f you get stuck while trying to solve puzzles to move on you can use the hint button located on the right side of the screen, or the video button, which will show you how to finish the entire level. Since it has ample hints, this game is great for kids and adults alike.
A word of caution: puzzles can be a tricky to figure out, even with hints, so kids might need a bit of parental help to finish this game. I had fun with Pilot Brothers, but I did think that it was too short for the price.
Pilot Brothers is a free download for both the iPhone and the iPad, but you will need to pay to unlock the full game. It costs $4.99 for the iPad version and $2.99 for the iPhone version. These are the sale prices, so if you're interested in this game, make sure to pick it up soon before the sale ends.
