Win A Copy Of Fruit Sorter And Box Up Fruit As Fast As You Can
October 2, 2012
AppAdvice has teamed up with Netox, our latest AppAdvice Daily podcast sponsor, in order to offer you a chance to win a copy of Fruit Sorter ($0.99) for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.
Are you finally ready to be a responsible fruit handler? Fruit Sorter is a fast-paced arcade game that requires you to properly sort and box fruit instead of wasting it by slicing it to pieces.
Fruit comes streaming onto the screen via a conveyor belt. It's your job to tap and drag pieces of fruit into the open boxes before they reach the end of the belt. Once a box is filled with at least eight of the same types of fruit, it will be emptied and brought back for another round.
You're able to earn bonus points by putting multiple fruits into a box at once. To accomplish this, just grab a fruit, drag it over any number of the same type of fruits, and then deposit the whole bunch into a box. You don't want to waste too much time waiting around to create combos since you can only allow up to four fruits to reach the end of the belt before it's game over.
The game includes three different modes, additional unlockable fruits, and achievements and leaderboards via Game Center. An update was recently submitted, which will add support for the iPhone 5's larger screen along with some power-ups to mix up the gameplay.
