November 30, 2012
Griffin Technology has announced the availability of the company’s first Lightning connector accessories. The items are expected to launch at retail locations beginning next week, Dec. 3. In total, four new items have been announced.
The $24.99 4 foot coiled USB-to-Lightning cable is designed to save space and eliminate tangles. It is especially geared for car use.
With Griffin’s 9.8 feet (3 meter) straight USB-to-Lightning cable, $29.99, users can charge and sync Lightning devices from just about anywhere in the room. Nearly 10 feet long, the cable is built to be used anywhere and to protect wired cords and resist kinks and tangles.
Finally, there are Griffin’s 2 feet straight USB-to-Lightning cable, $16.99, and 3 feet straight USB-to-Lightning cable, $18.99. The 3 feet cable can be used as an extra charging cable to keep in the car, at the office, or anywhere. The 2 feet cable is an ideal travel accessory.
