App Store Experiencing Update Page Outages

If you were planning on updating your iOS apps, please don't. Apple's update process is not working via the App Store on the iPhone/iPod touch, iPad, or through iTunes on a computer.
Attempts to update apps are being met with a message that states, "You do not have permission to access the requested resource."
Strangely, users are still able to download new apps from the App Store. We'll keep you updated.
