The app uses elements of Pinterest, categorizing images and allowing you to add captions. You can create lists of images with your own comments along with your friends. You can keep boards private so that only the people you invite can see them.
Stickety by Tyler Cope (Free, 4.9 MB): Stickety is a social network where you discover content created by other people when they are in nearby locations. You can check out photos and videos people have taken in different areas. You can share your own snippets of hangout places or cool areas nearby.
Twiggy by Tapmates s.r.o. ($1.99, 6.2 MB): Twiggy is an App.Net client for the iPhone. The app features a minimalistc user interface and allows you to view all the conversations that take place on the social network. You can preview photos in your timeline, search in realtime, and follow people you would like to know. The app also features swipe and tap gestures for navigation and interaction with posts.
