Skype For iPad Update Includes The Ability To Add Cash To An Account And More

The folks over at Microsoft have released a new update for Skype for iPad. Version 4.5 includes a number of minor features, including the ability for users to add money to their accounts directly from the app. First launched in 2011, Skype for iPad now automatically reconnects a dropped call when a user’s Wi-Fi or mobile network reception is poor. In addition, a simple swipe from the left side of the iPad screen opens a user’s most recent conversations in a new sidebar. It should be noted that the ability to add cash directly to a Skype account is limited to users in five countries. This includes those in the U.S., U.K., France, Sweden, and Estonia. Skype for iPad is free and available for download in the App Store.
