Lately, it seems like there’s a lot of Cydia tweak innovation aimed at the Notification Center. There are useful widgets that allow you to make calls, add contacts, and create notes or reminders. NCMusicGestures was developed by Pat Sluth and follows the path of many other Cydia tweaks we've shown you over the past couple of weeks, but with a musical twist.
This Cydia tweak allows you to conveniently control your music from the Notification Center. NCMusicGestures has an iOS-inspired design, and in my opinion, adds a lot of useful features.

Once you’ve installed NCMusicGestures, make sure that you've enabled it within the Settings app under Notifications. As shown in the video above, this tweak will allow you to control all of your music from within the Notification Center and it even includes a timeline scrubber to skip through parts of a song. NCMusicGestures also integrates social sharing for your music. You have the ability to share the song that’s currently playing to Twitter or Facebook and include the album art in your post. This tweak is also compatible with a wide variety of third party music apps. Currently, NCMusicGestures is available in the BigBoss repository for free.
