Handmade Highlights: Turn Your iPhone Into A Work Of Art With A Hand Painted Case

Last time on Handmade Highlights I shared some super cute decals that turn your Apple TV from a boring black box into a fantastic retro gaming console or waffle. This week, I’m going to be showing you something a bit more traditional, but still entirely fantastic - unique hand painted iPhone cases.
Sure, you can get a custom made case from a slew of vendors on Etsy, but such cases are rarely works of art. Brush Cases, on the other hand, offers an array of iPhone cases that were painted by hand, in a messy but charming style. Check out these heart cases, for example. Perfect for you and your bestie!
While these cases are offered up in a variety of abstract designs, you can also get hand painted classics like Warhol’s Banana. There are a few iconic offerings that have been given a personalized touch.
Each of the cases on Brush Cases start out as clear plastic iPhone covers that are hand painted with a special scratch proof paint that won’t peel, wash away, or fade.
You can also ask for a custom made case, if you have a particular character or piece of art that you would like to see on your iPhone. You can get the cases for the iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, and iPhone 5, for $45 each. Custom cases will likely run you a bit more.
If you’re looking for something that no one else has, you won’t go wrong with one of these! I’m digging grunge Hello Kitty, personally. Which one is your favorite?
