The new thirtyaday fitness app by All Forces encourages exercising by keeping it simple. Pick three exercises, do 30 repetitions a day, and then track it. Don’t think that you can do 30 lunges or jumping jacks? Thirtyaday fitness can still work for you since goals may be changed at any time. The $0.99 app emphasizes only those calisthenics that may be performed without equipment, and at a user’s own pace. There are 12 exercises to choose from including push ups, sit ups, and crunches. Once a task is completed, check it off, and continue with the day. thirtyaday fitness is available in the App Store.
