Key iCloud Services Are Down For Some Users

There are a number of iCloud services down at this hour, including Photo Stream, Backup, and more. Thankfully, the outage is said to affect only 1 percent of users.
According to a posting on the Apple Developer site, multiple services are down. These include iCloud Documents, Photo Stream, iPhoto Journals, and Backup and Restore. Additionally, users may be unable to send or download attachments in iMessage.
The downtime started at around 12:30 a.m. EDT.
