. The movie, which first arrived in theaters in April, launches online three weeks before it is to be released on DVD.
The highest-grossing movie in the Star Trek series is available in two formats: SD ($14.99) and HD ($19.99). The prices are the same on iTunes and Amazon. It is the first major film to arrive in digital format before DVD.
