Cydia Tweak: Anemo May Be The Quick Reply Tweak That You've Been Waiting For

I’ve always wondered why Apple hasn’t implemented a native quick reply feature in iOS. Because of this, we’ve always had to rely on third party solutions. Unfortunately, these solutions are only available to those with a jailbroken device, but luckily, there are quite a few of them.
Anemo is a new Cydia tweak that simplifies the flow of messaging. In its current form, Anemo only allows you to quickly reply to SMS/iMessages, but in my opinion, it does that very well. Sure it doesn’t have all of the bells and whistles you’ll get with other tweaks, but it works great and has a very appealing design.
Check out our video overview of Anemo:

When you receive a message, a standard iOS notification banner will appear at the top of the screen, but with one minor change. On the right side of the banner, you’ll notice a little notepad icon. By tapping on that icon, you’ll have the ability to quickly reply to the incoming message. Once you finish typing and tap on “Send,” the badge on the Messages app will be dismissed and your message will be sent.
Anemo may be very simple at the moment, but don’t worry, A³Tweaks has plans to add more features in future updates. With that said, I think Anemo is well worth the asking price as it stands. If you’re looking for a clean quick reply tweak with slim-to-none performance sacrifices, Anemo is definitely the way to go.
Currently, Anemo is available in the BigBoss repository for $2.99. There are no options to configure for this tweak, but expect the next few updates to expand on Anemo’s current functionality.
