Tap the start button at the top of the screen and place your finger over your iDevice's camera and LED flash. The app will begin to measure your heart rate and display your coherence. Follow the yellow dot at the bottom of the screen to see when to breath, hold your breath, and exhale. The app will provide you with detailed history as well, which can be shared via Facebook, Twitter, or email. An additional Coherence Spectrum mode is available via in-app purchase. It allows you to import and export documents from a wide range of services, including Dropbox, GoogleDocs, and Box.net, or via iTunes File Sharing. You can then highlight text within your PDF, add notes, add text, strike-through text, and even fill in forms, check boxes, and radio buttons. The app also includes bookmarking, full text search, iCloud support, password protection, and AirPrint support. You're able to quickly access the app's seven different shooting modes by spinning the wheel on the right side of the screen. The app will project a pulsing blue light to help you synchronize your breathing. Then when your breathing session is up, Sleeping Zone will play nature sounds until you fall asleep. Draw Along with Stella and Sam ($1.99 → Free, 75.1 MB): A fun art creation app that allows your child to draw along with Stella and Sam.

It includes 10 shapes that can be decorated with different colors, stamps, and images. Once your child is done drawing, they can sit back and watch as the shape becomes animated. You can then save the animation or single images to your library. The app also includes three drawing tools, and 12 colors to choose from.
