Ready to ring in 2014? The Cheers! app arrives just in time for New Year’s Eve celebrations.
Created by One More Thing Studio, the iPhone app allows you to send lighthearted messages to strangers around the world. To do so, take a photo of yourself, and then add your name and location. Finally, hit the "Cheers" button. From there, the app will find someone else looking to "Say Cheers."
Cheers! is free and best of all, doesn’t contain ads. A future app update with add a chat option.
